Camber Company Limited is a Tanzanian Incorporated company and locally owned since 2008. The company offers Engineering Construction services in both Civil and Building works registered with Construction Registration Board(CRB) number C5/0691/02/2014 for civil and B5/0842/02/2014 for building works. Camber is dedicated to organizations or individuals seeking construction services.
We provide engineering construction services to telecommunication companies, oil and pipeline companies, parastatals, public work agencies, municipalities, and commercial/residential real estate developers.
Camber is also a multidisciplinary company where we also deal with manufacture and supply of building materials such as bricks, paving blocks, cement, nails, pipes and electoral money trading.

Managing Director
Gaudense owns a master’s degree in economics and marketing and has over 22 plus years of experience working with international companies and clients in different sectors such as engineering, telecommunications and production and manufacturing industries.
Gaudense vast experience and hands on approach has made him a well-known and respected player in different industries. In 2022 Gaudense started the process of handing over the reins to his successors, becoming the chairman of the board, whilst mentoring the new management structure. Gaudense continues to play vital role in the daily operations and management of the company.
Straton Anizety
Technical Director
Straton has a Bsc in Civil Engineering and is a registered and recognized engineer with Contractors Registration Board (CRB). He has over 30 years of
experience in the engineering and construction industry. He has worked on vast of projects from civil works to building works. He has worked in both public, private, parastatal and municipals projects from DAWASA, TANAPA, TARURA, RUWASA, TANROADS. Straton is the technical lead of the company with a hands-on approach on each project ensuring operation and technical excellency.
